Relations between the signal - to - noise , sensibility , demagnetizing factor , output of fluxgate sensor with its diameter , thickness and turns of core are discussed in this paper . the author of this paper also concluded some basic principle for the designing of fluxgate sensor . the author designed and produced two dimension sensors to prove the possibility of the miniaturization of fluxgate sensor 本文還分析了小型化傳感器的實(shí)現(xiàn)可行性,分析了磁通門(mén)傳感器的信噪比、靈敏度、退磁系數(shù)、感應(yīng)輸出與傳感器磁芯直徑、厚度和磁芯匝數(shù)的關(guān)系,論證了傳感器小型化的可行性,總結(jié)了在設(shè)計(jì)磁通門(mén)傳感器時(shí)所應(yīng)遵循的基本原則,并且設(shè)計(jì)制作了兩種尺寸的傳感器,從實(shí)驗(yàn)角度論證了傳感器小型化的可行性。
