本文的基本思路是：首先澄清相關(guān)的基本概念，如并購，并購風險，并購風險識別等；第二，介紹了企業(yè)并購的現(xiàn)狀，通過對西方國家風起云涌的并購浪潮的分析，由此對我國并購的啟示，進而分析我國企業(yè)并購現(xiàn)存的主要問題，從而對企業(yè)并購整合加以界定；第三，對企業(yè)并購整合類型加以分析和提煉，總結(jié)出并購整合可以分為六大類型， 13個影響因素；最后，針對整合的六大類型、 13個因素，分別運用不同的方法，定性與定量相結(jié)合，對它們進行識別。
