According to the experimental results , the critical loads are higher as more nitrogen containing ; however , the critical load of the film of 66 percent nitrogen containing is very low because of much graphitizing 由實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可得知,當(dāng)類鉆碳薄膜的氮含量提高時(shí),其刮痕試驗(yàn)得到的臨界負(fù)荷值會(huì)變大,但是當(dāng)?shù)窟_(dá)到66 %時(shí),因?yàn)轭愩@碳膜已有石墨化的現(xiàn)象,臨界負(fù)荷值則會(huì)急據(jù)的下降。
Abstract : it was verified through experiment and measurement that there was growth phenomenon taking place with nodular iron castings after graphitizing annealing at low temperature . the emergence mechanism and reason of the “ annealing growth nature ” was dicussed , and its prevention measures was proposed 文摘:通過(guò)試驗(yàn)和測(cè)試,證實(shí)了球鐵件經(jīng)低溫石墨化退火后存在的生長(zhǎng)現(xiàn)象,并對(duì)這種“退火生長(zhǎng)性”產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理及原因進(jìn)行探討,提出了防止措施。
