Spin - valve gmr is a member of gmr materials . it ' s not sensitive in a typical magnetic field intensity but it ' s very sensitive with the direction of magnetic field , and so it ' s useful in angular sensors 自旋閥gmr是gmr巨磁阻材料的一種,它在一定的磁場范圍內對外磁場的大小不敏感,但對外磁場的方向很敏感,因而在開發(fā)角度傳感器上有一定的應用價值。
3 , the output linear resolution of the bridge is about to 0 . 84 % and has a better property in comparison of some typical mr angular sensors . 4 , the output sensitivity of the bridge is about 1 . 0667mv / and better than ferrimag angular sensors 4 ,該自旋閥芯片組成的橋路輸出的靈敏度達到了1 . 0667mv ,相對于強磁性薄膜為敏感元件的角度傳感器有了很大的提高。

Attitude angular sensor ( electronic compass ) is widely used in fields of aviation . space flight and navigation etc for navigational orientation and especially in the field of military , so the foreign countries are limited to export the high performance of digital module of attitude angular sensor to our country . the aim of research object is to manufacture the all solid state digital module of attitude angular to meet the requirements of multifields 姿態(tài)角傳感器(電子羅盤)可廣泛應用于航空、航天、航海等需要導航定位的眾多領域,尤其在軍事領域得到廣泛應用,因此國外一直限制高性能姿態(tài)角數(shù)字模塊對我的出口,本課題研制的主要目的就是研制出全固態(tài)的姿態(tài)角數(shù)字化模塊以滿足我國多領域的需要。
We got some useful results from our work . 1 , in a typical magnetic field intensity spin - valve gmr is not sensitive with the magnetic field intensity but it is sensitive with the direction of magnetic field , and we got some useful data ; so it ' s very useful in angular sensors applications ; and also it has some advantages when sensor is assembled since it ' s not sensitive with the magnetic field intensity 通過課題的工作,獲得了以下幾個有意義的結果: 1 ,一定大小的外磁場范圍內,自旋閥gmr對磁場大小不敏感,而僅對外磁場的方向敏感,并獲得了相關的數(shù)據(jù);表明自旋閥gmr芯片在角度傳感器上有很大的應用價值;并且由于它對一定范圍內的外磁場大小不敏感,從而降低了傳感器的裝配難度。
