in microfluidics systems, many parameters influence on the flow moving and control, for examples, microchannel surface characters, section shape . in this paper the main work is the research on the mechanism forming electroosmoticflow, theory analysis and simulation on the influence of the geometry parameters on the microflow . this paper reviews the development history of dc electroosmotic micropump and introduces the principle of electric double layer and dc electroosmotic micropump 在微流控系統(tǒng)中微通道的表面特性、截面形狀等都會(huì)對(duì)電滲流流體的流動(dòng)和控制產(chǎn)生影響,因此本文的主要工作內(nèi)容就是對(duì)電滲流的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究和對(duì)微通道的幾何參數(shù)對(duì)其中的流體的流動(dòng)狀況的影響進(jìn)行分析。
