Modified polylactic acid is synthesized from lactide and aminophenol by morpholine - dione with stannous octoate as the crystal 摘要以聚乳酸為主體,通過(guò)化學(xué)方法,合成聚乳酸/氨基酸共聚物,并對(duì)其藥物緩釋性能做了研究。
Lactide were investigated . the key factors affecting the polymer intrinsic viscosity were found to be monomer recrystallization times , stannous octoate concentration and polymerization time . the thermal stabilizing agent did not significantly affect the polymer molecular weight . the polymer with a viscosity average molecular weight beyond 200000 was fairly reproducible by optimizing the polymerization conditions . it was found that poly 單體重結(jié)晶次數(shù)辛酸亞錫濃度聚合時(shí)間等條件均是影響聚合物特性粘數(shù)的重要因素。熱穩(wěn)定劑對(duì)聚丙交酯的分子量幾乎沒有影響。優(yōu)化聚合條件可以獲得粘均分子量大于200000的聚丙交酯材料,聚合結(jié)果具有良好的重復(fù)性。
