Based on the actuating mechanism of sma , two new concepts which are called process - uncontrollability and quasi process - controllability , and a design idea which is called element - interconnection used to achieve quasi process - controllability of sma microactuators , are presented 針對sma的驅(qū)動機理,本文概括了sma的驅(qū)動過程不易控特性,并提出單元互聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)這一實現(xiàn)sma微執(zhí)行器驅(qū)動過程準(zhǔn)可控的設(shè)計概念。
