The influence factors are crack size , matrix hardness , carbon fiber surface defect and carbon fiber modulus 其影響因素主要為基體裂紋大小、基體硬度、碳纖維表面缺陷、碳纖維模量等。
The results show that pso pyrolysis matrix has low hardness and good extensibility which can relax stress concentration in matrix and interface , and damages carbon fibers slightly . however , psz derived matrix damages carbon fibers largely in physical and chemical ways 結果表明, pso裂解后生成的基體硬度較小且延伸性好,可以緩解基體及界面的應力集中,碳纖維強度保留率較高; psz裂解過程中除了體積收縮對碳纖維帶來物理損傷外,還與碳纖維發(fā)生嚴重的化學反應,使碳纖維強度大幅下降。
