Method : the clinical data of 38 patients with external nose defect were retrospectively analysed . 18 patients were reconstructed with frontal region flaps , 13 with nasolabial fold flaps , 3 with auricle flaps and 4 with skin grafts 方法:回顧分析1990年1月至2004年1月外鼻缺損38例的臨床資料,根據(jù)整復方法分為額部皮瓣18例(其中額部橫行皮瓣5例,正中皮瓣13例) ,鼻唇溝皮瓣13例,耳郭復合瓣3例,替爾氏皮片4例。
