The studies indicate that different content of pyrophyllite and dolomite can cause the following three cases : ( 1 ) making the refractory point decrease linearly and , to some extent , influencing the microstructure and properties of sintered body ; ( 2 ) acceleratingmullite formation during sintering , reducing thermal expansion coefficient of bond , reinforcing the matching nature and improving the flexural strength and shock strength ; ( 3 ) preventing sic grinding tool from generating black core , expanding suitable sintering temperature range of sic grinding tool 同時(shí),也不同程度地影響了磨具燒結(jié)體的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和性能; ( 2 )可促進(jìn)在燒結(jié)過(guò)程中莫來(lái)石的形成,降低結(jié)合劑的熱膨脹系數(shù),加強(qiáng)了結(jié)合劑與磨料的匹配性,提高了磨具的抗折強(qiáng)度和抗沖擊強(qiáng)度; ( 3 )在一定溫度范圍內(nèi)還可防止碳化硅磨具出現(xiàn)黑心現(xiàn)象,拓寬了碳化硅磨具的燒結(jié)溫度適應(yīng)范圍。
Experiments show the optimum content of pyrophyllite and dolomite is 30 % ; in contrast to original bond , the refractory point of bond is reduced by 55 , the average coefficient of thermal expansion is reduced by 30 % and flexural strength and shock strength of grinding tool are increased by 27 % and 22 % respectively 通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn):葉蠟石和白云石最佳含量為30 % ,與原結(jié)合劑相比,結(jié)合劑耐火度降低了55 ,平均熱膨脹系數(shù)降低了30 % ,磨具抗折強(qiáng)度提高了27 % ,磨具抗沖擊強(qiáng)度提高了22 % 。
