As for the research of mr sensor's application in electro-hydraulic servo system, single passage electro-hydraulic position servo system is built, and simulations of step input signal, sine input signal are done . the result indicates that the electro-hydraulic system has a good dynamic and static performance 并依據(jù)所建立的單通道電液位置伺服系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,進(jìn)行了階躍、正弦及方波計(jì)算機(jī)仿真研究,仿真結(jié)果表明所設(shè)計(jì)的用mr作檢測(cè)反饋的電液位置伺服系統(tǒng)具有良好的動(dòng)靜態(tài)特性。
