This paper selected two different species of wheatgrasses to research in order to find out the damage and the responses of plants at different stress , some physiological indexes were determined . these results would provide some information to geneticist and breeder who coud make better used of agropyron . the main results were described as follows : firstly , this paper pointed out that effect of peg ( polyethylene glycols ) on some indexes of wheatgrass seedlings 主要通過測定兩種冰草植株在不同濃度脅迫下的一些生理指標(biāo),了解不同脅迫對植物造成的傷害以及植物對脅迫的反應(yīng),為完善植物抗逆機(jī)理提供理論依據(jù),并比較兩種冰草抗逆性,為內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)抗逆性強(qiáng)的沙生植物的篩選提供理論依據(jù)。
