Against a prototype which is being produced ， its three dimension end region entity model of stator is established ， and with the aim of simplifying calculation ， the theory of how to simplify entity model is studied ， then the theory is made use of ， and the end region entity model of stator is simplifi - ed ； meshing characteristics of three dimension entity model and shortcomin - gs of end region entity model of stator are studied ， then meshing method of three dimension end region entity model of powerformer stator is studied as well ， and the simplified entity model is meshed with this meshed model ， the distribution of end region magnetic field of stator is analyzed ， and the magnetic field energy and reactance of powerformer end region are calculated and compared with design value because the prototype is being produced ， in this paper ， stator core ， gap and eddy equipment are not taken into consideration ， and this has a little influence on the result ， but through analysis ， the result is proved to be good through the example calculation ， it is known that the method of this paper is useful and through theoretic analysis ， it is proved that end region
針對(duì)一臺(tái)生產(chǎn)中的樣機(jī)，對(duì)其建立了定子端部三維實(shí)體模型，而且為了達(dá)到簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算的目的，研究了如何將其簡(jiǎn)化的理論，并應(yīng)用這些理論對(duì)樣機(jī)定子端部實(shí)體模型進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)化；研究了三維實(shí)體模型的剖分特點(diǎn)和定子端部實(shí)體模型存在的缺點(diǎn)，在此基礎(chǔ)之上，研究了對(duì)簡(jiǎn)化的powerformer定子端部三維實(shí)體模型的剖分方法，并且對(duì)簡(jiǎn)化的實(shí)體模型進(jìn)行了剖分。應(yīng)用剖分的三維實(shí)體模型，用有限元法分析了powerformer定子端部的磁場(chǎng)分布，計(jì)算了端部區(qū)域的磁場(chǎng)儲(chǔ)能，并利用磁場(chǎng)儲(chǔ)能計(jì)算了powerformer定子端部漏抗，將計(jì)算值與設(shè)計(jì)值進(jìn)行了比較、分析。由于樣機(jī)處在設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)階段，本文暫時(shí)沒(méi)有考慮定子鐵心、氣隙和渦流器件對(duì)端部磁場(chǎng)的影響，這對(duì)分析結(jié)果有一定的影響，但是仍然得到較好結(jié)果。
In this paper ， the design characteristics and development situatution of powerformer are introduced ； the structure of prototype is studied ， and three dimension end region entity model of powerformer stator is established ； the theory of analyzing end region eddy magnetic field of stator by finite element method is studied ； end region magnetic field of stator is analyzed and the numerical value of end region leakage reactance of stator is calculated
