Firstly , having analyzed the present research situation on agricultural climate resources by gis at home and abroad , this thesis illustrates the importance of establishing agricultural climate resources information system . secondly , basing on developmental and integrative environment of arc view gis software , as well as developmental languages ( avenue and vb ) , we design agricultural climate resources information system in fujian province with friendly and practical graphic user interface , together with comparatively perfect functions . finally , supported by fjacris , based on fujian province fundamental geographic data and agricultural climate resources database on 71 weather stations , relied on mathematic analysis techniques ( such as multiple statistical analysis , fuzzy mathematics etc ) , a group of models are established to reckon the agricultural climate resources on small grids 41 indexes of agricultural climate resources are reckoned to the small grids that are 0 . 004 longitude multiplied by 0 . 004 latitude 本文首先通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外運(yùn)用gis進(jìn)行農(nóng)業(yè)氣候資源研究的現(xiàn)狀的分析,闡明了建立農(nóng)業(yè)氣候資源信息系統(tǒng)的重要意義:接著以arcviewgis為軟件開發(fā)集成環(huán)境,并以avenue和vb為開發(fā)語(yǔ)言,進(jìn)行了福建省農(nóng)業(yè)氣候資源信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā),設(shè)計(jì)出友好、實(shí)用的用戶界面,開發(fā)出較為完善的系統(tǒng)功能;最后在該系統(tǒng)的支持下,以福建省基礎(chǔ)地理數(shù)據(jù)和71個(gè)氣象臺(tái)站的農(nóng)業(yè)氣候資源數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為數(shù)據(jù)源,應(yīng)用多元統(tǒng)計(jì)、模糊數(shù)學(xué)等數(shù)學(xué)分析技術(shù),構(gòu)建了農(nóng)業(yè)氣候資源的小網(wǎng)格推算模型,將福建省農(nóng)業(yè)氣候資源的41個(gè)有關(guān)指標(biāo)推算至0 . 004經(jīng)度0 . 004緯度的地表網(wǎng)格單元上,全面地揭示了全省農(nóng)業(yè)氣候資源的空間分布規(guī)律,并在此基礎(chǔ)上完成了比較細(xì)致、精確和可靠的農(nóng)業(yè)氣候系統(tǒng)功能的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià),以及綜合農(nóng)業(yè)氣候區(qū)劃和專題農(nóng)業(yè)氣候區(qū)劃。
