Whereas there are factors , a kind neotype dynamic balancer system of crank and connecting rod mechanism is researched & developed . against the feature of the balance of the rigid rotator , and applying theory of balances , microelectronic technique , digit signal processing technique , software programming technique and the greatly processing function of computer , it realizes such the functions as sampling signal , digit processing , balance calculation , result display 鑒于此,本課題研制開發(fā)了一種新型的硬支承結(jié)構(gòu)動平衡測試系統(tǒng),它是針對剛性轉(zhuǎn)子的平衡特點,并應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)子平衡理論、微電子技術(shù)、數(shù)字信號處理技術(shù)、軟件編程技術(shù)、及計算機強大的處理功能,實現(xiàn)了信號采集、數(shù)據(jù)處理、平衡計算、結(jié)果顯示等多功能于一體。
Against classical dynamic balancers of crank and connecting rod mechanism , the test system has virtue hereinafter : ( 1 ) supporting structure adopt projecting beam uniquely . the signal of vibration provoked by crank and connecting rod mechanism revolving is concentrated to strain beam . the signal is not only abundance , but also easy to test and the test sensitivity is great 與傳統(tǒng)的曲柄連桿機構(gòu)動平衡機相比,這種測試系統(tǒng)具有以下優(yōu)點:支承結(jié)構(gòu)采用獨特的懸臂梁式結(jié)構(gòu),曲柄連桿機構(gòu)在運轉(zhuǎn)過程中振動規(guī)律完全映射到支承梁的應(yīng)變上,振動信號豐富且易測試、靈敏度高。
