As an important component of the above researches , this paper covers following aspects : ? firstly , product design theories are summarized , status and development trend of machinery product design are analyzed , and application of knowledge based design method in machinery product design is put forward . ? kbe ( knowledge based engineering ) theories such as knowledge acquisition , representation and storage are discussed , kbe concept is integrated with ug secondary development technology , and design knowledge is induced and stored to establish the design knowledge base . ? product case representation is researched , a hierarchical tree type product case library for complex products is established , retrieve strategy for cases of the nearest filed is put forward and corresponding algorithm is given 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容及成果如下: ?對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)理論和方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和概括,分析了機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,將基于知識(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)方法應(yīng)用到機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)中; ?研究了知識(shí)獲取、表達(dá)、存儲(chǔ)等kbe理論,并將kbe思想應(yīng)用到ug二次開發(fā)中,將設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)歸納存儲(chǔ),建立了設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)庫; ?研究了產(chǎn)品實(shí)例表示,建立了復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品層次樹狀產(chǎn)品實(shí)例庫,介紹了最近鄰域?qū)嵗龣z索策略并給出相應(yīng)的算法; ?研究了基于知識(shí)重用的三維產(chǎn)品建模技術(shù),研究了在設(shè)計(jì)過程中的設(shè)計(jì)資源的重用,計(jì)算過程的重用,計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)的重用,推理過程的重用等等;介紹了基于設(shè)計(jì)重用的凸輪三維模型的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。
Thirdly , the so - called fit degree and fit degree matrix are discussed to describe the rationale of knowledge supply and demand matching . furthermore , the entire design and implementation process of knowledge supply and demand matching based on an instance is discussed , including instance project introduction , knowledge base design and implementation , document management system and document fit degree management system implementation , middle layer operation process and user interface design . lastly , it summarizes the jobs the paper has done , focuses the prospect of knowledge search that should be done in the future and gives the essential program text of the system implementation 接著,提出了所謂的適合度和適合度矩陣的概念用以描述供需匹配的實(shí)現(xiàn)原理,然后結(jié)合一個(gè)實(shí)例詳述了知識(shí)供需匹配設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的整個(gè)過程,包括實(shí)例項(xiàng)目簡介、知識(shí)庫的設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)建、文檔管理系統(tǒng)和文檔適合度值管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建、中間層運(yùn)作流程及用戶接口設(shè)計(jì),最后對全文所做工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),對知識(shí)搜索有待研究的工作進(jìn)行了展望,并附上核心實(shí)現(xiàn)程序。
Knowledge based design model is the refined quintessence of the designer ’ s experience . in the process of new product development , the reasoning machine is used to calculate problem solutions and the knowledge in the knowledge base is recalled for guidance , therefore to achieve enhanced overall product design level , shortened product development cycle and reduced new product investment risk 基于知識(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)模型是力圖將設(shè)計(jì)者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)提煉出來,在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,通過推理機(jī)對求解問題進(jìn)行演算,同時(shí)調(diào)用知識(shí)庫中的知識(shí)作為指導(dǎo),從而提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的整體水平,縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期和減少開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
