An orthogonal regression experiment on the elastic module of fill in xincheng gold mine 新城金礦充填體彈性模量的正交回歸試驗(yàn)研究
Under different rev and loads , the optimal diesel / alcohol proportion would be different . in order to find out the change rule of optimal diesel / alcohol proportion , an orthogonal regression rotating experiment of three factors ( rev , diesel / alcohol proportion and load ) at five levels has been carried out . based on the experiment , four regression equations including energy consumption , soot emission , noise level , and power equations concerning the three factors have been established 在性能試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,還進(jìn)行了三因素五水平的二次正交回歸旋轉(zhuǎn)組合試驗(yàn),建立了能耗率、煙度、噪聲、功率與轉(zhuǎn)速、酒精摻燒率及負(fù)荷率之間的回歸模型,通過(guò)分析可知,這些模型具有較高的可信度;利用這些模型,本文最后對(duì)不同工況下的最佳酒精摻燒率進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析,并利用正交多項(xiàng)式回歸,求出了最佳摻燒率與轉(zhuǎn)速、負(fù)荷之間的回歸模型,該模型在今后的深入研究中將起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
