To deal with gas separaion at high pressure and high temperature , inoghc membranes are used widely in the ligh of the production and the uitrahigh purity of hydrogen isotope requlred by some special professions and the defects of the current einpoyed membranes separation technology the preparation teehnology of high h - permselective membrane 在涉及高溫、高壓環(huán)境下的氣體分離中,主要使用的是無機(jī)膜分離技術(shù)。針對(duì)特殊行業(yè)對(duì)氫同位素氣體處理量及超高純度的需求和現(xiàn)有膜分離技術(shù)存在的問題和不足,創(chuàng)新性地提出了利用耐熔金屬鋯等對(duì)氫的高滲透性,制備高選擇滲氫膜的分離技術(shù)。
