The polarization - dependent diffraction characteristics of the metallic echelle and the total internal reflection ( tir ) types of diffraction gratings are studied , and optimal design method based on the hybrid diffraction method is presented 針對目前衍射光柵器件在損耗、偏振敏感性等方面的不足,本文對金屬反射型以及內(nèi)全反射型凹面光柵的偏振相關的衍射特性進行了矢量分析,并基于混合衍射方法提出了更為準確有效的優(yōu)化設計方法。

In specific , the formulation of the rcwa for 2 - d and 3 - d metallic gratings and the formulation of the fdtd method for dispersive media are presented . a novel hybrid diffraction method , which is based on the kirchhoff - huygens diffraction formula and the rcwa , is proposed to simulate the working of a planar integrated diffraction grating 針對在光通信以及光盤存儲領域的具體應用,著重對二維及三維金屬光柵衍射問題的嚴格耦合波分析以及色散媒質(zhì)散射問題的時域有限差分方法進行了公式推導。
