The urban spatial structure in this paper is the inner one of a city , is the spatial reflection of the mankind ' s various social economic activities and the function organization of the particular city region , it includes the structure of land use , the spatial structure of economy , the spatial distribute of the population , the spatial structure of employment , the transportation network structure , social spatial structure , the spatial structure of living activities , etc . by field survey of 1134 land - value samples of urban region of siping , based on the correlative theories of the regional economics , economic geography , urban geography and urban economics , adopted the gis and the quantitative and qualitative methods , this article analyzes the character and problems of the spatial structure of siping city during the transitional phase from temporal and spatial factors , discusses the influences of the land - value on the urban spatial structure from temporal , spatial and structural dimension , put forwards the countermeasures that optimizes the spatial structure under the constraint of land - value 本文所指的城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)為城市內(nèi)部的空間結(jié)構(gòu),是人類的各種社會經(jīng)濟活動和功能組織在特定城市地域上的空間投影,包括土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟空間結(jié)構(gòu)、人口空間分布、就業(yè)空間結(jié)構(gòu)、交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、社會空間結(jié)構(gòu)、生活活動空間結(jié)構(gòu)等。本文通過對四平市城區(qū)1134個地價樣點數(shù)據(jù)的實地調(diào)查,在綜合運用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學、經(jīng)濟地理學、城市地理學、城市經(jīng)濟學等相關(guān)學科理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用gis ,運用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,從時間、空間兩個序列分析了轉(zhuǎn)型期四平城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)特征和存在問題,并從地價的時間、空間和構(gòu)成等三方面探討了轉(zhuǎn)型期四平市地價對城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,提出了地價約束條件下優(yōu)化四平城市空間結(jié)構(gòu)的對策。
