The distribution of the brine shrimp hgcs varies greatly from the species studied till now . one hour after hatching , neither the dorsal - anterior area nor the other dorsal area remained positive immunoreactivity signal . and 2 hours after hatching , there was no typical hgcs in the body of the brine shrimp and the remained hatching enzymes may participate in digesting the left vitellin in the nauplius 鹵蟲(chóng)hgc最初出現(xiàn)至孵化前1h時(shí)均為全身性分布,從孵出到孵出后2h ,頭鹵蟲(chóng)孵化酶的生物化學(xué)性質(zhì)及孵化腺細(xì)胞的免疫組織化學(xué)研究部的孵化酶顆粒已經(jīng)減少,而變?yōu)榉侨硇苑植?,到孵出后sh ,孵化酶顆粒已基本消失殆盡。
In this paper , the ovarian development , oogenesis , vitellogenin molecular characteristic , vitellogenin synthesis and uptake , and vitellin degradation in nasonia vitripennis ( hymenoptera : pteromalidae ) , are studied . the detailed results are shown as follows : 83 % of ovaries were found to be composed of eight ovarioles with four on each side and 17 % of ones to be composed of six ovarioles with three on each side . ovarioles appeared on the 10th day after parasitization , which were transpearant and had no egg chambers 為此,本論文就蠅類(lèi)蛹期外寄生蜂? ?麗蠅蛹集金小蜂nasoniavitripennis (膜翅目:金小蜂科) ,卵巢發(fā)育、卵子發(fā)生,卵黃蛋白的分子特性,及卵黃原蛋白的合成、卵巢對(duì)卵黃原蛋白的攝取及卵子內(nèi)卵黃磷蛋白的降解動(dòng)態(tài)作了研究,結(jié)果如下:麗蠅蛹集金小蜂卵巢83由4對(duì)卵巢管組成, 17由3對(duì)卵巢管組成。
For each fedding treatment , the longitude and latitude of the root egg , the number of egg chambers with each developmental grade all changed in a parabola model . the results from native page indicated that there were two specific protein i . e . vitellogenin ( vg ) or vitellin ( vn ) in the female wasp of n . vitripennis 同一種喂食處理中,卵巢長(zhǎng)度的時(shí)間動(dòng)態(tài)幾乎都無(wú)變化; 1級(jí)卵子數(shù)、 2級(jí)卵子數(shù)和成熟卵子數(shù)的變化,是拋物線(xiàn)變化趨勢(shì),即先增加,然后減少;基部卵子短徑和長(zhǎng)徑也是拋物線(xiàn)變化趨勢(shì)。
