This system can be divided into 6 modules : the module used for getting the property of material , the module used for getting the outline of the part , the module used for designing the hot - forging , the module used for designing the technics parameter , the module used for designing the mould and the module used for checking the designing process Forgetool系統(tǒng)按照普通鍛件鍛模的典型設(shè)計(jì)路線,相應(yīng)的分為6個(gè)主要模塊,它們分別是:鍛件材料屬性輸入模塊、零件外輪廓提取模塊、鍛件設(shè)計(jì)模塊、工藝參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)模塊、鍛模設(shè)計(jì)模塊和一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)輔助模塊。該系統(tǒng)可以通過(guò)人?機(jī)交互的方法完成從提取零件外輪廓到設(shè)計(jì)終鍛模模膛的全部設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。
