To detect whether crosslinking reaction influence the fluorescence properties of the samples , oxygen - evolving psil core complexes were treated with five crosslinking agents at different concentration , then the chlorophyll fluorescence emission , excitation , and intrinsic fluorescence spectra of these samples were measured . the results showed that both chlorophyll fluorescence and intrinsic fluorescence of oxygen - evolving psil core complexes were altered by the crosslinking reaction . the maximum chlorophyll fluorescence band at 682 nm decreased and the intrinsic fluorescence emission intensity at 308 nm and 328 nm either increased or decreased 結果表明:交聯(lián)處理對psll放氧核心復合物葉綠素熒光和內源熒光都有影響,引起682urn處葉綠素熒光強度的降低、 308urn或328urn處蛋白質內源熒光強度的增大或減小,并與處理時所用交聯(lián)劑的濃度、交聯(lián)劑的親疏水性和交聯(lián)臂長相關。

In the experiments , the degree of swelling of pva and sa blended homogeneous membranes has been researched . in the 90wt % isopropanol solution , the membrane ' s degree of swelling increases with the pva content in the homogeneous membrane increase . the effect about several crosslinking agents to the membrane separation performance has been studied 在試驗中,本文首先考察了聚乙烯醇與海藻酸鈉共混膜,在90wt的異丙醇水溶液中的溶脹度,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同共混比對膜的分離性能有一定的影響,隨著膜中pva含量的上升,膜的溶脹度增大。
