It is divided into four parts to illustrate the environmental tests management system , including organization structure & labor source management system , tests process management & controlling system , tests information management system and quality guarantee system . firstly , it begins from organization structure of environmental tests , to look into the suitable organization structure , which applies to the environmental tests development , this thesis suggests the changing from original beeline organization structure to combinative organization structure of beeline function & matrix organization structure . it also investigates the labor source management and discusses under this new structure , presenting the system which meets the demand of existent military equipment development ; then , using relative concepts of queuing theory to solving the tests orders reasonably makes the minimum time for products in lab 首先從環(huán)境試驗的組織結(jié)構(gòu)入手,研究適合環(huán)境試驗發(fā)展的組織結(jié)構(gòu),提出將原來的直線制組織結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹本€職能制和矩陣制相結(jié)合的組織結(jié)構(gòu),并探討在這種結(jié)構(gòu)下的人力資源管理和績效考評、提出適應(yīng)目前軍用裝備發(fā)展要求的環(huán)境試驗組織機構(gòu)與人力資源管理體系;然后從環(huán)境試驗過程管理的角度出發(fā),運用排隊論的有關(guān)概念,合理解決試驗排序,使產(chǎn)品在實驗室的停留時間最短,并建立試驗過程管理與控制體系;從試驗信息的重要性角度出發(fā),探討試驗信息收集與反饋的一般方法及建立環(huán)境試驗數(shù)據(jù)信息庫的重要性;最后從質(zhì)量管理的角度出發(fā),研究環(huán)境試驗內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保證部門的作用與職能,運用服務(wù)質(zhì)量環(huán)的原理構(gòu)建了環(huán)境試驗的質(zhì)量保證體系。
In the design , we make use of two eda tools max + plus ii and protel99 . because of the using of complex programmable logical device ( cpld ) , we can keep untuched the original hard circuit in design and realization of counting card , so it inherited the advantage of its predecessor . in order to quantitatively analyze the performance of data acquisition system with fifo cache , we introduced the queueing theory to build mathematic model to test its quality 在設(shè)計中借助了max + plusii和protel99兩個eda設(shè)計軟件。由于采用了復(fù)雜可編程邏輯器件cpld ,使得在計數(shù)卡的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)中不用更改原硬件電路,對原設(shè)計的優(yōu)點有很好的繼承。在驗證系統(tǒng)改進性能時,引入排隊論建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型對系統(tǒng)的工作性能進行定量分析,證明其達(dá)到了設(shè)計要求。
Secondly , based on the queue theory and probability theory , by studying dispatching conducting and tramcar locating , the dispatching arithmetic adapted to the technical conditions on the spot was worked out and the corresponding computer program was compiled . meanwhile , the suitable conductors and detectors were chosen according to the result of tramcar locating analysis 然后分別利用排隊論、概率論分析研究調(diào)度指揮和礦車對位兩個子系統(tǒng),確定了適應(yīng)現(xiàn)場技術(shù)條件的調(diào)度算法,編制了相應(yīng)的計算機程序;根據(jù)礦車對位的分析結(jié)果,配置了相應(yīng)的傳感器和檢測裝置。
